A temperature calibrator, often called a thermometer calibrator, is used to correct inaccuracies in installed thermometers and temperature sensors, because temperature measurement is a critical parameter in many industrial processes. Although simulators are sometimes called temperature calibrators or thermometer calibrators and may be used to provide thermometer calibration for the electronics in an installed system, a temperature source with a calibrated reference sensor is still required to provide a complete and meaningful calibration. The EVG100 series resist processing systems establish new standards in quality and flexibility for photoresist coating and developing. Designed to provide the widest range of process variations, the EVG100 series’ modularity offers spin and spray coating, developing, bake and chill modules to suit individual production requirements. These systems accommodate the processing of an extensive range of materials such as positive and negative resists, polyimides, double-sided coating of thin resist layers, high viscosity resists, and edge protection coatings. These systems can handle more than one substrate size, from 2" to 300 mm diameter, rectangle, square or even irregular shaped substrates, with no or very short tooling time. This allows the development of new devices or processes on an industrial level, which not only requires high flexibility but also controlled and repeatable processing. EVG has built up many years of spin and spray coating experience for demanding applications and incorporates this knowledge into the EVG100 series, where our process know-how can be leveraged to support our customers.

Expanded ozone audit levels have created a need for precise ozone calibration well below the capabilities of standard calibrators. The Model T703U is designed to meet the requirements of ultra-low ozone production.In addition to a high range with similar performance to the Model T703, the Model T703U has the capability to generate ozone in a low range, or "fractional" mode, for producing ozone levels down to 3 ppb, with exceptional accuracy. Flow rate and lamp intensity are adjusted to deliver a specified ozone concentration by volume. The temperature and pressure compensated photometer, identical to that of the Model T400 ozone analyzer, provides feedback control of the UV lamp intensity, assuring stable ozone output.
