The Keysight N7040A Rogowski coil current probe is designed for measuring AC currents up to 3,000 A with the bandwidth ranging from 3 Hz to 23 MHz. The probe is easy to use because it has a thin, lightweight, flexible and simple-to-use clip-around Rogowski coil that enables current measurement in the most difficult to reach parts and confined spaces of a circuit under test. It can also measure large AC current without increase in transducer size.

Analog Devices current mirrors are precision, high dynamic range, wide variable supply parts used for optical power monitoring, voltage biasing with current monitoring, and voltage-to-current conversion. Our current mirrors can monitor current down to as little as 3 nA and as much as 3 mA, with a linearity of 1% or better. The current dynamic range is 120 dB or 6 decades of current range, while the overcurrent protection feature in our devices forces the input pin to ground to avoid part damage. Over temperature (–40°C to +85°C) and process, the dynamic range only suffers 10 dB at the lower end of the range.
