The X1-1 radiometer from Gigahertz-Optik features an RCH-116-4 detector and is ideal for measurement of the irradiance of high power LEDs in the UV-A and blue light range. The device can accurately measure irradiance levels of up to 40,000 mW/cm². One of the outstanding features of the RCH-116-4 detector is its proven concept of a passive radiation absorber coupled to a UV sensor. This provides stability even in high temperature and intense UV radiation environments. In addition to the passive radiation absorber, the device also has a cosine-corrected field of view. The sensor’s housing also serves as a handle. The battery-powered X1-1 optometer supports a usable dynamic range from less than 1 mW/cm² to 40,000 mW/cm² thanks to its high-end signal amplifier. It can be used to perform precise measurements of up to 5 standard LED wavelengths for which the detector was calibrated for active irradiance. In addition to the CW measurement function, the device also has a dose measurement function. The radiometer can be used with other detectors from the RCH series. e.g. for gas discharge lamps. Remote control of the device is possible via its user software and a software development kit is offered for integration of the device in the user’s own software.

Phase stability of semi-rigid/flexible cables is characterized with a 90 degree bend using a 4 inch radius. Stability1 of the Keysight 85131G is 0.06 dB and phase is 0.16o * f + 0.5o (where f is frequency in GHz).

This detector offers the options for optimal sqaure-law loads (Option 102) and for positive polarity output (option 103). The Model 3541 is designed for determination of fracture mechanics parameters such as JIC, KIC, R-curve, fatigue crack growth rate (da/dN), and testing to standards such as E1820, E399, E647, etc. These COD gages conform to the requirements of E1820 (the replacement for E813 and E1737) for JIC and R-curve determination. Special configurations are available to meet the requirements of ASTM E399 for fracture toughness (please consult the factory for these configurations). In addition, the modified groove design complies with E1820 tests where greater stability and accuracy results from the sharper groove root. Clip-on gages are used for a variety of fracture mechanics tests, including compact tension, arc shaped, disk shaped, bend specimens or other specimen geometries in compliance with ASTM and other standards organization’s test methods. Clip-on gages can be used directly on test specimens where the knife edges are integral with the test specimen or, alternately, with optional bolt-on knife edges mounted on the test specimen.The Model 3541 extensometers are strain gaged devices, making them compatible with any electronics designed for strain gaged transducers. Most often they are connected to a test machine controller. The signal conditioning electronics for the extensometer is typically included with the test machine controller or may often be added. In this case the extensometer is shipped with the proper connector and wiring to plug directly into the electronics. For systems lacking the required electronics, Epsilon can provide a variety of solutions, allowing the extensometer output to be connected to data acquisition boards, chart recorders or other equipment.
