The 300% peak overpower capability provides extra headroom for fault condition simulations in automotive batteries, fuel cells, and more. The 63200A series have three operating voltage choices, 150V, 600V & 1,200V, with models covering power levels from 4kW to 24kW and up to 2,000A in a single unit. The DC loads have unique user defined waveform (UDW) capability and external analog modulating input for s imul a t ing re a l-wor ld, cus tom waveforms. Another distinct feature is the dynamic auto-frequency sweep function, which enables detecting a UUTs worst case output deviation across a wide range of current frequencies. In addition, a 255-set of data storage function has been built in for recall of the stored settings at any time. For automated testing, the save and recall functions can save a great deal of time.

An IFM, fed from one of the amplitude channels via an SPDT switch, performs 14 bits of frequency measurement on the selected input. Frequency resolution is nominally 1 MHz over a 2 to 18 GHz band.

However, these loads can absorb full power between 20% and 100% of the acceptable input voltage thanks to the autoranging mode.For more extensive requirements, we offer 'DSOT' models that also include constant voltage and constant power functions. These functions are essential for testing voltage generators such as automotive alternators or photovoltaic panels to determine their power curve. In addition, DSOT models have a basic '0 Volt' characteristic, which means they can be used with input voltages as low as 0 Volt. Our Ultra-high Vacuum Scanning Kelvin Probes (UHVSKP2020 and UHVSKP5050) give the user full access to work function (Φ) and contact potential difference (CPD) measurements under vacuum with the ability to scan a sample area of 20 x 20mm or 50 x 50mm respectively. Each system comes with the UHV head unit, tip amplifier (located at the mounting port), digital control unit and host PC with dedicated software. The tip can be retracted 100mm from the sample and approaches normal to the sample. The associated digital electronic unit powers the head unit and provides an interface between the head unit and the data acquisition system. The system comes with a complete user manual, which includes an introduction to work function measurements and a detailed description of the system software, including examples. The work function resolution of the Ultra-High Vacuum Scanning Kelvin Probes is 1-3 meV.
