AXIe High-Speed Digitizer/DAQ, 10-bit, 10 GS/s, DC to 2.5 GHz BW
M9710A
Based on the AXIe standard, the M9710A is a unique 10-bit high-speed digitizer, capturing signals from DC up to 2.5 GHz at 5 GS/s. It provides excellent measurement accuracy and high dynamic range across four phase-coherent channels within a single card. Optimized response allows few hundred picoseconds pulse analysis. Moreover, an interleaving option allows acquisition at 10 GS/s on two combined channels, keeping excellent measurement fidelity.

M9709A
Based on the AXIe standard the M9709A is an 8-bit digitizer, able to capture signals from DC up to 500 MHz at 1 GS/s with excellent measurement accuracy across 32 synchronous channels within a single card. The digitizer also enables long acquisitions with its very large on-board memory of up to 16 GB.

Dual 10th Order Lowpass Filter
64-VBF
The 64-VBF 10th order Lowpass Filter is a dual channel filter with independent switch settable Cutoff Frequency (Fc). The filter has a linear phase DC accurate root raised cosine response. The unit’s differential inputs are built to withstand high DC over-voltages up to ±50 VDC and greater than ±100 V transients. Gain of the unit is 1 allowing for minimal insertion issues. The output can drive a high speed DAQ multiplexer with its fast settle and capacitive drive capability.
