The Clamp-On Open-Loop DC MicroAmmeter & Insulation Fault Detector is a precision tool designed for detecting leakage currents in insulation systems. Featuring high sensitivity, this advanced microammeter measures direct currents as low as 1 microampere (uA) and operates within a measurement range of 10 milliampere (mA) to 10 amperes (A). Utilizing a clamp-on method with a toroidal ferro-magnetic core featuring an air gap, the device integrates AMR sensors from a differential Hall magnetometer for accurate readings.
