24-Channel Digital I/O With Digital Integration Features On M.2
M.2-DIO-24A
-
The M.2-DIO-24A is an M.2 card, and optional cable assembly (D-Sub 37-pin Male connector) designed to be easily panel-mounted in any application environment. It uses the high speed PCI Express bus to transfer digital data to and from the card. The digital I/O is compatible with 8255 PPI chips making it easy to program. This also allows for simple and trouble-free migration from other ACCES PCI and PCI Express digital I/O cards, but also provides for advanced features enabled by the onboard FPGA logic.

Isolated Four-Port Serial Interface Cards
PCI-ICM422-4 and PCI-ICM485-4
-
These cards can be installed in any 5-volt PCI-bus computer that can accommodate "long" cards and are designed to provide effective communication on long communication lines in noisy environments. The data lines are opto-isolated from the computer and from each other to assure communication even when large common mode noise and voltages are superimposed. Type 16550 UARTs are used. These include a 16-byte transmit/receive FIFO buffer to insure against lost data in multitasking operating systems. All ports are independently addressable and an on-board crystal-controlled oscillator permits precise selection of baud rates up to 115,200 baud or, by changing a jumper, up to 460,800 baud.

Digital I/O Card
PCI-DIO-120
-
The PCI-DIO-120, PCI-DIO-96 and PCI-DIO-72 are parallel digital input/output cards designed for use in PCI-Bus computers. The same printed circuit board is used for all three models and is populated for 120 bits, 96 bits and 72 bits respectively. The card is 12.2 inches (310 mm) long and may be installed in any 5-volt PCI slot in IBM and compatible computers.

Serial Communication Products
-
Many types of external computer equipment have a serial ports to communicate with host PCs. ACCES I/O has Communication Cards for all of the popular protocols you may find on this type of equipment (RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485), ranging from a single port to eight ports on a single card. There are also optically isolated versions of some of these cards to ensure effective data transmission on long communication lines, even in electrically noisy environments. Having optical isolation is like having data insurance.

Multi-Protocol Serial Card
PCM485
-
The PCM485 is a multi-protocol serial card that supports RS-422 or RS-485 communications in a single 5V PCMCIA Type II card. The PCM485 uses a crystal controlled oscillator which permits precise selection of baud rates from 50 to 115,200.

PC/104-Based Data Acquisition (DAQ) And Control Products
-
A small form factor embedded computer board, typically intended for use in small, space-constrained industrial control or vehicles systems. The standard size of these modules is just 3.550 × 3.775 inches (90 × 96 mm). The name PC/104 comes from the original IBM computer known as the "PC", and the number of pins used to connect the cards together (104). PC/104 boards are typically stacked on top of each other using stackable bus connectors and four mounting holes at the corner of each module. This provides a much more rugged, embedded computer that can be used in harsh environments such as those found in military or industrial applications.

Digital I/O Card w/CoS IRQ
PCIe-DIO-24HS
-
This product is a x1 lane PCI Express digital I/O board available in two models. The PCIe-DIO-24H is the basic DIO and the PCI-DIO-24HS features advanced change-of-state (COS) detection capabilities. The card emulates an 8255 compatible chip, providing 24 DIO lines. The DIO lines are grouped into three 8-bit ports: A, B, and C. Each 8-bit port is configured via software to function as either inputs or outputs. Port C can be further broken into two 4-bit nybbles via software and configured as either inputs or outputs.

PCI Express Mini Card Products (mPCIe)
-
PCI Express Mini Card, commonly abbreviated as mPCIe, or Mini PCIe, is a newer form-factor for PCI Express devices. Designed with the older Mini PCI standard in mind they are the same basic form-factor (commonly used in small-form-factor devices like laptops and other portables) but lack the retention clips of Mini PCI. Unlike the original PCI Express bus, Mini PCIe provides both the standard PCI Express and USB 2.0 signals, allowing flexibility in peripheral design. The standard is highly suitable for industrial automation and test in vehicle, mobile, or any other shock / vibration sensitive application.

Analog Output Data Acquisition (DAQ) Products
-
Analog Output boards are useful when you need an output where the condition is not just an on or off state. Analog Output boards convert digital values generated by software into the analog voltage or current signals required for controlling frequency inverters, valves, sliders, brightness of lights, or things controlled by motors and other mechnical transducers.
