ABex TM-6570 DPI
The ABex TM-6570 is an ABex terminal module to interface with NI PXIe 6570 / 6571 cards.In combination with the NI PXIe 6570/6571 it features a 32 channel Digital Pattern Instrument (DPI) and a 32×4 matrix, which could also be configured as a dual 16×4 matrix.As a DPI in combination with the NI PXIe 657x it offers 32 channels with up to 100Mhz, which can be individually connected and disconnected from the ABex front connector or routed to the ABex analog bus.

PXI Based Multifunction Measurement and ICT Instrument
PXI-501
The PXI-501 is a multifunction measurement instrument for functional and in-circuit measurements.It combines two parametric measurement units with a digital voltmeter, a high voltage current source and a discharge unit. This powerful combination makes it the ideal instrument for classical analog in-circuit test and manufacturing defect analysis with additional functional test capabilities.With it’s fast sampling rate of up to 4MSps it speeds up measurements and is capable of measuring and generating AC signals up to 100kHz.To enhance the PXI-501 capabilities it can be combined with an ABex TM-501 or an ABex TM-404. The ABex TM-501 enhances the in and output range of the PXI-501. Furthermore, it provides a shunt current measurement upgrade. In combination with the ABex TM-404 it’s a complete in-circuit test solution with 86 channels in one ABex slot. For sure it can be upgraded to 2838 test points in one rack by simply adding additional matrix modules.With the above-mentioned terminal modules, the PXI-501 is able to act as a ABex system controller, so that no additional controller is required in the cassis.

ABex in System Programmer with Onboard SMH FlashRunner LAN 2.0 NXG
ABex AM-307 FR-NXG Flashrunner
The ABex AM-FR-NXG incorporates the FlashRunner LAN 2.0 Next Generation from SMH Technologies. The FlashRunner is used to program microcontrollers, flash and other logic and memory devices. All DIO’s, the programmable voltage lines and the corresponding ground lines can be switched by relays.The ABex AM-FR-NXG is equipped with an onboard Ethernet Controller which connects the FlashRunner directly to the PXIe Backplane of the ABex Chassis. Using a windows host, each AM-FR-NXG will provide its own network adapter.

FXA-102 I2C Expander
The FXA-102 provides 64bit of General-Purpose Input / Output (GPIO) which are controlled via I2C. It is 3,3V and 5V compatible and based on four 16bit I2C Port Expander (PCA9535). To simplify debugging each channel is equipped with a status led. Using the optional Phoenix Contact UMK housing, the FXA-102 can be installed on a DIN rail. The dual row 2,54mm pin headers allow usage with IDC20 connectors or wire wrap cables.

The PDU-200 is a power distribution unit for automatic tests equipment (ATE). Its outputs are software controlled to allow power on sequencing and direct interaction form the test sequence. The integrated 24V power supply provides power for additional equipment like relays and sensors. The PDU-200 is intended to use with an external remote-control panel which provides On & Off buttons as well as an E-Stop and acknowledge button.
