A selector switch activates two open collector outputs in place of two of the relays for extraordinary output versatility. Pre-amplification is required to protect the output signal of pH and ORP electrodes from a wide variety of electromagnetic interferences common in industrial environments. Signet 2721 is used if remote pre-amplification is required (e.g. tank temperature >80oC) or connecting another manufacturer's electrode to the Signet 5700 or 8750 instrument. The Signet 2721 should be used with special order sensors built with cables (Signet models 277X-HT or 277X-1-HT).

The Signet 2536 Rotor-X Paddlewheel Flow Sensors are offered in a variety of materials for a wide range of pipe sizes and insertion configurations. The many material choices, including PP and PVDF, make this model highly versatile and chemically-compatible with many liquid process solutions. Sensors can be installed in DN15 to DN900 ( to 36 in.) pipes using Signet's comprehensive line of custom fittings. These custom fittings, which include tees, saddles, and weldolets, seat the sensor to the proper insertion depth into the process flow. The sensors are also offered in configurations for wet-tap installation requirements.

Stainless Steel High Performance Flow Sensor

The Signet 2540 Paddlewheel Flow Sensor offers field-replaceable electronics and transient voltage suppression (TVS) to provide greater immunity to large voltage disturbances (i.e. lightning) sometimes encountered in field wiring. Sensors can be installed in DN40 to DN600 (1 to 24 in.) pipes using the 1 inch NPT or ISO 7/1-R 1.5 threaded process connection. The sensors are also offered in a hot-tap configuration with a bleed valve service without process shutdown in pipes up to DN900 (36 in.). Both styles of sensors must be used in full pipes and can be used in low pressure systems.
