The 40-728A-002-L (PXI) and 42-728A-002-L (PXIe) are 16x2 50 Ω RF matrices with MS-M Multiway connectors and Y-axis loop-thru. The 4x-727A/728A/729A range are high density RF matrix modules suitable for switching up to 300 MHz in 50 Ω or 100 MHz in 75 Ω. They are available in 50 Ω or 75 Ω versions with SMB connectors or in 50 Ω versions with a multiway connector.

The 15-Pin Connector to Unterminated Cable Assy is constructed from PFA insulated 19/0.18 (21AWG) Tinned Copper Wire. The connector can be secured to the associated product by screwlocks. The unterminated connections are coded to match the connector pin designation. When using this product additional cable strain relief arrangements may be necessary and appropriate electrical safety precautions should be observed.

The connector assembly can be secured to the product by screwlocks. This cable assembly can be used with Pickering 50-Pin D-Type connector blocks (refer to 90-005D).

Single 4x4 1-Pole 16 Amp PXI Power Matrix

The 40-552 range of 16 Amp PXI power matrix modules is available in four configurations with matrix sizes of 8x2 and 4x4 and the ability to expand the matrix size with the Y-Axis loop-thru connections: e.g. 8x4, 12x4, 16x4, etc. (with 4x4 matrices) or 16x2, 24x2, 32x2, etc. (with 8x2 matrices). This range is capable of switching up to 16 Amps and up to 300VDC/250VAC hot switching and 400VDC/250VAC cold switching. These PXI power matrix modules are intended for switching heavy AC or DC loads or for the slave switching of large external relays, contactors, and solenoids.

The 40-787 Microwave BRIC platform is designed to provide a solution for complex RF matrix applications. Using a common mechanical platform the module can be constructed to provide scalable non-blocking or blocking microwave matrix for frequencies to at least 20GHz. The standard configurations provide up to a 4x4 matrix. More complex matrix can be constructed by adding further switching functions and other devices inside the module.
