Generators and Sources
For general purpose standalone applications or as core components in a high speed test and measurement system, Yokogawa sources and signal generators are highly accurate and functional. The integration of source and measurement into a single unit greatly simplifies the test process. Semiconductor devices, sensors, displays or batteries etc can therefore be quickly and easily characterized.

Insulation Testers
Preventive maintenance is always a must, especially in motor instrumentation. Knowing before a problem arises, allows time for scheduled shut downs, instead of shutting your process down when you need it the most. Yokogawa offers many varieties of Insulation testers, from our “Hand Crank” version to our Analog and Digital 1000V versions.

Optical Time Domain Reflectometers
An optical time domain reflectometer (OTDR) is a precision instrument used to locate events or faults along a fiber link, typically within an optical communications network. The OTDR launches a series of high speed optical pulses into the fiber to be measured. Various events on the fiber generates a Rayleigh back scatter that returns to the OTDR and the strength of the return pulses are measured and integrated as a function of time, and plotted as a function of fiber length. The horizontal axis is the distance and the vertical axis is the loss.

Long Wavelength Optical Spectrum Analyzer 1200 To 2400 Nm And 1000 To 2500 Nm
AQ6375E
Due to the high resolution and sensitivity of the AQ6375E, it can actually detect the presence of water molecules in the air. The water vapor is detected in the upper Near-IR wavelength region and could overlap with or mask the spectral characteristics of the actual device under test in that particular region.

Portable Analog Instruments
Instrument transformer is a general term for voltage transformers and current transformers that are used with electrical instruments. The main purpose of instrument transformers is to extend the measurement range for electrical quantities (voltage, current, power, power factor) on large-current and high-voltage circuits. They serve to convert currents and voltages to levels that are suitable for measurement, and to insulate the instrument, etc. from high-voltage circuitry.
