Multibeam Echosounder - Deep Water
HydroSweep DS
The HydroSweep DS is a deep water multiebeam echosounder ideally suited for seabed mapping in deep water up to full ocean depth based on a sonar frequency between 14 kHz to 16 kHz. Beside bathymetric depth information from 10 m to more than 11,000 m, sidescan data and backscatter data for seabed classification are acquired. The HydroSweep DS does not only gather sea floor information, but also uses adaptive bottom tracking windows to identify sonar targets in the water column and can be optionally operated as a parametric sub-bottom profiler without additional transducers and electronics.

ParaSound Series
The ParaSound is the most advanced hull mounted parametric sub-bottom profiler in the market. It utilises the parametric effect to generate a low frequency secondary signal by emitting two primary signals of higher frequencies. In comparison with traditional towed systems the ParaSound family offers very narrow transmission angle and greater positioning accuracy as well as higher operational speed and availability. Our sub-bottom profilers are suitable for operations to depths beyond the continental rise into the abyssal plains and down to the deep ocean trenches.

SeaBat 7160
The SeaBat 7160 transducer array is comprised of linear receive and transmit arrays mounted together on a support base. The T-shaped array geometry provides the basis for a compact, high-resolution sonar which is easily installed for portable or hull mounts – a first for a high-resolution system in this frequency range. The system features a pitch-stabilized transmitter and an active roll compensated receiver.

The EC6076 Active Input module is for the Teledyne RESON TC4014 and TC4032 hydrophones with built-in pre-amplifiers.EC6076 provides an easy interface to the hydrophones, it al-lows use of the differential output from the hydrophones ei-ther via direct feedthrough of the signal on an XLR output con-nector or via the built-in differential amplifier that converts the differential hydrophone signal into a single-ended +6dB signal on a BNC/coax out. EC6076 has a built-in rechargeable battery that provides power for the EC6076 differential amplifier and the TC4000 hydrophone.

EC6081 mk2 - preamplifier
The EC6081 mk2 (VP2000) is a 1MHz bandwidth voltage preamplifier with bandpass filter that is designed for uses in conjunction with piezoelectric hydrophones. VP2000 offers excellent low-noise performance over the entire frequency range; and adjustable gain selection. A range of 12 high-pass and 12 low-pass filters are available, these allow ideal band pass filter settings.
