Recirculating Slide Guides
Del-Tron's slide guides provide linear motion solutions for applications involving long travels and designs where space constraints must be considered. These recirculating guides consist of a block and a guide rail, both having two R-shape raceway grooves that are machined and precision ground. The block consists of a main body with two raceways and a resin return cap to ensure smooth circulation of balls.

DL Linear Actuators
Del-Tron's DL series linear lead screw actuators and ball screw actuators offer the benefits of a space-saving design, fast and simple assembly, long life, and a competitive price. The rigid enclosed aluminum box structure provides a compact envelope that incorporates the linear bearing and drive mechanism. Integrating all components into a single unit that includes the motor adaptor saves assembly time and eliminates the need to source additional parts. DL series linear actuators are offered in travel lengths up to 410 millimeters.

Crossed Roller Rail Sets
Del-Tron’s crossed roller rail sets (or crossed roller bearings) are compact, precision rail sets that can support and guide high loads with high accuracy, excellent repeatability, and low friction. A complete range of profiles are offered with roller diameters ranging from 1.5mm up to 6 millimeters, providing load carrying capacities to 2800 lbs. Crossed Roller Tables (Aluminum & Steel)
Del-Tron’s crossed roller tables are known for their high accuracy and exceptional load carrying capabilities. Our crossed roller bearings are available in both aluminum and steel, and the perfect choice for applications where these criteria must be met. Accuracies range from 0.0001” per inch of travel straight line accuracy on our aluminum tables to 0.00008” of parallelism on our steel crossed roller tables and are capable of carrying loads in excess of 2600 lbs.

Air Actuators
Del-Tron's linear air actuators (also referred to as linear actuators) are pneumatically actuated crossed roller slide assemblies controlled by a pair of Airpot air cylinders which provide extremely low friction and stiction characteristics. A light touch or physical obstruction will stop the unit’s movement to prevent damage to delicate and expensive equipment and parts. Low pressure operation is possible. The PNRE series requires less than 10 psi to operate.

High Speed Belt Drive Actuators
Del-Tron’s belt drive actuators operate at speeds up to 5.1 meters per second (MPS) and do not require lubrication or maintenance under normal operating conditions. Del-Tron's DB series actuators are ideal for use in applications where speed is critical such as pick-and-place applications on high speed automation equipment. Another advantage of the new DB series is that they can provide travel lengths up to 6 meters while maintaining repeatability of +/- 0.025 mm and linear accuracy of +/- 0.083 mm per meter.

Slides (Ball & Crossed Roller)
Del-Tron’s linear ball slides and linear crossed roller slides offer engineers and designers the flexibility to choose the right linear slide technology for their application. Our ball slides and crossed roller slides offer several levels of precision ranging from a straight line accuracy of 0.0005” per inch of travel in our standard precision ball slides to 0.0000040” per inch of travel straight line accuracy in our high precision ball slides and crossed roller slides.

Posi Drives® (Lead Screw Driven)
Del-Tron's Posi-Drive™ lead screw actuators are compact and economical, taking the work out of designing linear motion systems. Available in 3 size profiles, our lead screw actuators require no alignment of components and install with standard fasteners. They are fitted with anti-backlash lead screws and multi-beam couplings with high speed misalignment capability and standard NEMA motor mounts. Available in one, two or three axis configurations these stages travel up to 12”.

Micrometer Positioning Stages
Del-Tron offers a wide range of linear positioners. These micrometer positioning stages and crossed roller positioning stages are available with travels ranging from .25” to 2.0”. All of are linear positioners are available in X, XY and XYZ configurations and can carry loads ranging from 4 lbs on our miniature ball slide series all the way up to 160 lbs on our crossed roller positioning stages. All model numbers are available with inch or metric micrometers and mounting holes.
