Linear Actuators DPDT Switches
DPDT
Most Thomson actuators require at a minimum the use of a double-pole double-throw remote switch. To better assist our customers, we provide two versions of a DPDT switch (with or without enclosure) to work directly with our actuator units. A wiring diagram label and an "OFF" center position are included.

Linear Actuators DCG Controls
DCG
Thomson now offers a small, lightweight line of 24 VDC units in its DCG family of controls. The DCG controls feature built-in Electronic Limit Switches (ELS) to stop actuator movement automatically at a mid-stroke stall point and end of the stroke. Additionally, synchronous operation of some actuators equipped with encoders is possible.

Electrak LA14
Electrak LA14 is based on the Electrak 10 design, which incorporates a screw drive system for applications requiring maximum load capacity, robust performance, and long life. Its additional benefits offer the a built-in anti rotation mechanism and an aluminium cover tube. The aluminium cover tube has T-slots that can be used for mounting and also accepts magnetic sensor to be fitted along two sides of the tube.

Compact, robust, and lightweight, the AC-247 ELS control can provide outputs of either 12 or 24 VDC. These controls feature built-in Electronic Limit Switches (ELS) to stop actuator movement automatically at a mid-stroke stall point and the end of the stroke. A connection for an optional control pendant is provided.

The MaxJac actuator features a smooth high response ball screw and gear motor and utilizes a proprietary guidance bushing to provide precision smooth linear actuation. Standard equipment includes a 12 volt motor with potentiometer feedback.
