Energizer Blue Vibration Exciter
The Energizer BLUE Series is part of a family of extremely quiet vibration exciters. The Series is ideally suited for the support of subjective and objective BSR evaluations according to industry test specifications, such as GMW14011, GM7293TP, BMW PR311-2 or PSA “Specification bruit parasites”, as well as several Hyundai Engineering Standards. With availability in four unique models and sizes, the Energizer Series is expressly designed to support such evaluations, while reducing the risks of measurement uncertainty caused by unwanted vibration exciter noise occurring within the BSR test environment.

Suspension Component Test Systems
Acoustic quality, vehicle dynamics and stability, and driver comfort play an increasingly important role in the development of new chassis and suspension systems – both passive and active. Noises in suspension components can cause customer dissatisfaction and lead to high warranty costs and are difficult to diagnose especially on historically-used, noisy hydraulic test rigs. The MB Suspension Component Test Rig (SCTR) enables dynamic simulation of real road excitations and synthesized waveforms, performing industry-standard Force-Velocity and Force-Displacement tests and low speed friction tests, and assessing other NVH and structure-borne noises for comprehensive performance characterization and sound and vibration analyses on a wide variety of chassis components.

Brake Hydraulic Pressure and Electric Parking Brake Systems Test Bench
Model BHP/EPB™
The new Model BHP/EPB™ Brake Hydraulic Pressure (BHP) and Electric Parking Brake (EPB) Systems test bench from MB Dynamics accurately measures and controls the hydraulic pressure and EPB power levels applied to brake calipers during automotive buzz, squeak and rattle (BSR) testing, as well as brake durability, stability, functional or performance testing. Varied brake pressures are applied according to timing diagrams, as well as automated or manually program-controlled repeat cycles, as required to assess brake caliper/rotor assembly noise, useful service life, and other critical performance metrics.
