The SCR Elektroniks 3 station MCB Temperature Rise and Power Loss Test Bench is economically designed to verify temperature rise and measure power loss as per clause 9.8 of IEC 60898 with the circuit designed to follow test procedure as per Cl 9.8.2. The SCR ELEKTRONIKS Millivolt Drop Tester is an industry acclaimed product. MVDT has a specially built constant current source (current generator) up to 400A (depending on model) and a dedicated PLC to store test parameters (in automatic models), perform test procedure, make the millivolt drop & junction resistance measurements and store test results, that can be retrieved later or downloaded to PC. PC based TestWare can display the test results & export those to Office, HTML, Printer or PDF. The manual models consist of the constant current source, digital ammeter and a digital millivolt meter with 3 ranges.

Earth Contact Resistance Tester
SCR ELEKTRONIKS have developed an equipment namely Earth Contact Resistance Tester to test the appliance. To ensure the safety of operator it is essential that the Earth path (connection) should offer minimum impedance to by pass short circuit Current to Earth. This is ensured by measuring Resistance of the Earth path by passing heavy Current say 25 A. The Earth Contact Resistance Tester essentially comprises of a Variable Current source with digital Ammeter to measure the Current supplied. The Voltage drop across the Earth path is measured with a digital Voltmeter. Optionally for a particular Current (25 A) the meter can be calibrated in terms of Resistance. A timer is provided to switch off the Current after the Set Time.

Arc Ingintion Tester
The product is designed to carry out Arc Ignition Test as per IS/IEC 60947-1 Clause 8.2.1.1.2 (material used for electrical products). The adjustable current source is 230V AC @ 33A. The load is adjusted to get 32.5A at 0.5 power factor. Included on control unit are Digital Voltmeter, Digital Ammeter, Digital Power Factor Meter and Micro Controller based programmable Sequence Timer with LCD display for display & setting. The arrangement is made to mount the test piece with electrodes as per the specification given in the standard.
