MACOM's MSPD Series Integrates an SRD reference frequency multiplier, coupling capacitors and a Schottky diode microwave sampler / phase detector in a 0.075” by 0.100” hybrid. They are used to phase lock microwave oscillators up to 22 GHz to a much lower reference frequency by deriving a locking voltage from the sampled RF and the multiplied reference.

MAMX-011054 is a double-balanced passive diode mixer housed in a 3 mm, 12-lead AQFN package. The mixer offers low conversion loss, high linearity and a wide IF bandwidth. The double-balanced circuit configuration provides excellent port isolation while internal 50 Ω matching simplifies its application. MAMX-011054 is also available in die form. Refer to datasheet MAMX-011037-DIE. This mixer is well suited for applications such as test and measurement, microwave radio and radar.

High Power Switch and Bias Module

The PIN Diode Switch features high power handling, low insertion loss, and super board band performance. The MADC-011021 is a surface mount E-band receiver. The module operates from 71 - 86 GHz and is designed to be used in direct conversion or heterodyne applications. The RF input is a WR12 interface. The module provides 12 dB of conversion gain and a noise figure of 5 dB. The linear mixer topology allows for strong IIP3 performance (2 dBm) to be maintained up to the radio input levels recommended in the standards. The baseband is a quadrature balanced four line interface (I, I*, Q, Q*).
