Multi Channel Vibration Motor Aging Tester

The BK2022 is the ultimate in aging testing for coin type vibration motors. You can connect up to 128 motors and the system will automatically test them all at the same time. It tests RPM, current, individual errors, and even total error and puts the information on the monitor in real time. You can store the results and retrieve them later to be analyzed so you can keep track of the accuracy and stability of your manufacturing process. DC Vibration Unit Tester

As the technology for BLDC motors advances, more advanced testing is also needed. The BK2116 DC Vibration Motor Tester was designed when of several of our clients needed to test the new generation of 3 port DC vibration motors. Using the BK2116, you can test the electrical specifications (RPM, current, drop pulse, and start up voltage) and also vibration level, and noise of motors with either 2 or 3 ports. The BK2116 can concurrently test 2 DUT's and BaKo's Test Shop software makes it very easy to set up and test. And because you use it with a PC or notebook, you can see graphs of the data as you test, and also save it to analyze later, or to analyze the data you gather over time.

The BK2021 50 Channel Linear Vibration Motor Aging Test System was designed to test your linear vibration motors so you know they are working. Load a jig drawer in the jig assembly unit with 10 DUT's. Close the drawer to start testing and begin loading the next of the 5 drawers. When the machine has finished running up to 4 test sequences that you've programmed in, the drawer opens. On the front, a green light tells you the motor is good, a red light tells you there was a short and if there is no light you know there was an open circuit.
