Ultrasonic Inline Flow Meter
SONOFLOW IL.52
The SONOFLOW IL.52 sensor is designed for precise, fast and bidirectional measurement of ultra-low flow rates. Due to its instantaneous measuring method with high repetition rates, the ultrasonic inline flow meter is suitable for quick dosing processes and for measuring pulsating flows.

Stationary Sonaphone For Online Monitoring Of Processes And Machines
SONAPHONE® S-SB10.xx
With the Stationary SONAPHONE S-SB10.xx and its associated probes machine and plant processes can be monitored permanently, insofar as a detectable ultrasonic level is generated. A fixed installation at an inspection point enables trend monitoring for longer periods. Based on changes of the ultrasonic sound level the assessment of plant condition is possible. Different probe versions support airborne sound and structure-borne sound applications.

Structure-Borne Sound Probe
T10
The T10 structure-borne sound probe can be used to monitor the condition of machines, systems and processes, provided that they generate detectable structure-borne sound in the ultrasonic range. Changes in the sound signals indicate a change in the condition and/or process of the plant. The detection of these changes forms the basis for condition monitoring in preventive maintenance. The T10 structure-borne sound probe is used when the installation space is very limited or the test specimen must not be loaded with a large sensor mass. The T10 structure-borne sound probe is also suitable for use on non-magnetic surfaces.

Ultrasonic Dual Element Probes
SONOSCAN T
The ergonomic dual element probes for Non-Destructive Testing from the SONOSCAN Series comply with the DIN EN 12668-2 Standard and can be used to test metals, plastics and ceramics for imperfections such as cracks, inclusions, blowholes and other discontinuities. The transmitter-receiver probes manufactured in Germany are powerful, robust ultrasonic transducers which are compatible with the ultrasonic flaw detector SONOSCREEN ST10 or the thickness gauge SONOWALL 70.

Probes For Non-Contact Ultrasonic Testing
SONOSCAN CFC / CF
Due to the strong damping properties of air, low frequencies in the kHz range are used in air-coupled ultrasonic testing. It is therefore all the more important that the ultrasonic transducers offer a particularly high sensitivity in order to ensure high penetration and improved resolution. We achieve this, among other things, by installing preamplifiers in the receiver probe as well as by using our own Piezocomposite Technology, which enables a flexible use of the matching materials in our CFC and CF probes.
