The SC924 is an electromechanical device for testing diodes loaded on burn-in boards.A set of Kelvin contacts is indexed from diode to diode. The contacts move over a range of 24 inches in the X direction and the table holding the boards moves over a range of 9 inches. This allows scanning of multiple burn-in boards or boards with multiple rows of diodes.

This gives you all the versatility of the proven FEC200 with the addition of high power exponential pulses. The CV30 P650 pulse adapter can produce a maximum current of 100A at up to 600V using exponential pulses up the 10/1000 waveform. The pulser is rated at 30KW from 300V to 650V. Voltage compliance at 100A is 600V. The station can also include all of the usual FEC200 tests in the same test program.

The VF40CM is intended for testing VF, HALF CYCLE SURGE, and THERMAL RESPONSE/RESISTANCE on small- and medium-power diodes and rectifiers. It can also measure THERMAL RESPONSE/RESISTANCE on NPN and PNP bipolar transistors using an external user-supplied VCB supply.The VF40CM also is sometimes used to measure VZ of low-voltage zener diodes up to the compliance voltage limit of the tester. 20V at 20A is possible.

The VF1600 Test Station is a high current forward pulser designed to be used in conjunction with our FEC200E tester. This gives you all the versatility of the proven FEC200 with the addition of much higher forward current. The VF1600 station can produce a maximum current of 1600A at up to 5V using an 8.3 mS half sine waveform at the built in test station, and THETA and DVF tests at up to 500A at 10mS pulse width. It is derated for wider pulses. For rectangular VF pulses at 300us or 1ms, it can produce up to 2000A. The station can also test all of the usual FEC200 tests in the same test program.
