Fluid Distribution Panels
PAO-DII
As a further convenience, we offer our PAO-DII Fluid Distribution Panels to individually distribute, monitor, and protect one or more of your valuable products from the higher than required flow of a larger second generation PAO-II Chiller. You can also use PAO-DII Fluid Distribution panels with any other source of temperature controlled fluid including a Bemco PCL-III Portable Chiller. These systems are individually assembled to match the product being tested.

Bemcoil Shrouds and Baseplates
BE
Bemcoils distinguished history includes almost every major space program in the United States. The liquid nitrogen circuited shroud shown at left housed the Apollo Astronauts and the Apollo Capsule running at -185 C. The shroud is 18 feet in diameter. Many Bemcoil shrouds made in the 1960s are still functioning reliably, without leaks, today.

AF Series chambers include a 304 Series stainless steel welded inner pressure liner with high temperature fiberglass insulation. No asbestos is used in chamber construction. The chamber liner is reinforced in accordance with Section VIII (Unfired Pressure Vessels) of the ASME Code.

Space Simulators
A6H Series
Bemco offers up-to-date space simulators incorporating all of the preferred features needed for reliable combined temperature and high vacuum testing. The A6H series includes a fully integrated and appropriately sized PCL-III Portable Liquid Chiller utilizing liquid nitrogen for cooling. The PCL-III is mounted within the A6H system structure and permanently attached to the chamber thermal shroud. Mechanical cooling is available as an option.

The SS30 is currently in redesign to incorporate a clear - see through top with the same advanced features of the previous fiberglass system. This chamber has a workspace of 48-inches wide by 36-inches high by 30-inches deep.

Vertical Thermal Shock Chambers
FSV Series
Bemco FSV Series Vertical Thermal Shock chambers are available in two zone (FS2V - hot and cold) and three zone (FS3V hot - cold - hot) versions, with two temperature ranges (-75 C to +200 C or -160 C to +200 C), and two types of cooling systems (all mechanical cooling - no expendable refrigerant required, or all LN2). Very low temperature, -160 C chambers, are always liquid nitrogen cooled. Two zone chambers are offered in four standard sizes, while three zone chambers are offered in three standard sizes.

Thermal Enclosures
LDP
Bemco LDP Thermal Enclosures are always custom. They are environmental enclosures constructed using the techniques normally employed with Bemco's LDF Series of Wide Range Expendable Refrigerant, FL-I Series of Integral Walk-in, and FL-M Series of Modular Walk-in Chambers. The LDP enclosure illustrated at left has hinged stainless steel doors, with the protective paper still in place, and hinged sides to allow full interior access.

Thermal Shroud
BC8-55/150C
When combined with a thermal conditioner such as the Bemco PCL3L-III or PCL3M-III, this shroud converts a 24 inch inside diameter by 30 inch high vacuum only vertical bell jar into a 19 inch inside diameter by 20 inch high thermal vacuum testing system. With a convenient clam shell door, test objects are easily loaded by simply raising the bell jar above the top of the door opening.
